Calls for cost cutting & maximization of the strengths of ones employees, on the part of the employers. Which necessitates the need for employers to be sure of the productivity of their employers. Which depends largely on the relationship. between the employees match ability/compatibility with the job assign to them.
It is with this in mind, we (NNENDU SERVICES, a division of NNENDU MANUFACTURING COMPANY) is penning this article. Which aims at helping employers with the dynamics of on-boarding staffs.

2. Task Oriented & Introverted People: Analytical. Cautious. Likes Facts And Data. Systematic. High Standards. Precise. Diplomatic.
3. People Oriented & Extroverted: Sociable. Magnetic. Persuader. Confident. Optimistic. Trusting. Enthusiastic.
4. People Oriented & Introverted: Patient. Relaxed. Sincere. Resists Change. Steady & Stable. Predictable. Passive.
THESE 4 KINDS OF PEOPLES, ACCORDING TO THEIR CAPABILITIES
1. Task Oriented & Extroverted People: Opportunist. Meaning they are the speculative type of entrepreneurs. They are the type of people that wants to be at the right place at the right time. Leveraging timing to make as much money as fast as possible. They think quick money making deal. A real estate quick-flip. An IPO, etc.
2. Task Oriented & Introverted People: Innovators. This is to say. They are the type of entrepreneurs. That built business (es) out of stumble across a breakthrough invention, recipe. Concept. System. Or product . think scientist, inventor or a thought leader.
3. People Oriented & Extroverted: Builder. Meaning these are driven, cold and ruthless and calculating type of entrepreneurs. They are the ultimate chess players in the game of business. Always looking to e two or three moves ahead of the competition. Loves building a business from the ground up.
4. People Oriented & Introverted: Specialist. These are the type of entrepreneurs. Who enters an industry and sticks with it for 15 to 30 years. The specialists build strong expertise, but can struggle to stand out in a crowded market place of competitors.
And all these, are as a result of their brain hemisphere preference & personality, as we said before.. We've a metric for analyzing/identifying peoples brain hemisphere preference & personality. Which if contacted, we will be delighted to use. To help employers with selection/posting services.
